One agent per customer. After 12-month Full Time commitment, renew at discounted Year 2+ rate. Internship and Probationary tiers are trial periods and typically convert to Full Time.
Frequently asked questions
When does billing start?
Your first invoice is issued Friday of Week 1. Payment is collected the same day via pre-authorized EFT.
Can I change tiers mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades apply next billing cycle.
What if I want to cancel?
Internship and Probationary require 30 days notice. Full Time runs month-to-month after term and can be canceled any time.
Can I add more role's later?
Yes. JACK can be customized to fit any role your organization needs.
